Affiliate Terms

Last updated: October 25, 2026

By joining the Thrii Cohort Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. Our goal is simple: reward partners who genuinely introduce new customers to Thrii and The Social Selling Cohort.

1. Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates earn the commission rate displayed in their affiliate account or communicated to them by Thrii for eligible purchases made through their unique affiliate link.

Commissions are earned only on completed, successfully paid purchases attributed to your affiliate link.

2. 90-Day Cookie

When someone visits a qualifying Thrii cohort page through your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed for 90 days.

If that visitor completes an eligible purchase during the 90-day attribution window and the purchase is attributed to your affiliate account, you may receive the applicable commission.

Cookie attribution may be affected if the visitor clears their cookies, uses another device or browser, or another tracking event changes the attribution.

3. Payouts

Affiliate payouts are processed at the beginning of each month for accounts with an approved commission balance of at least $50.

All payouts are made exclusively through PayPal.

Balances below $50 will roll over to the following payout period until the minimum threshold is reached.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate PayPal information and for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with their affiliate earnings.

4. Failed PayPal Payments

If a PayPal payout fails, you must update your PayPal address or resolve any restrictions or outstanding issues associated with your PayPal account.

Unpaid commissions will remain pending until a valid payment method is available, subject to these terms.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Commissions are only payable on legitimate, completed sales.

If a customer receives a refund, cancels a qualifying purchase, initiates a successful chargeback, or the transaction is otherwise reversed, the associated affiliate commission may be cancelled or deducted from future commissions.

6. Paid Advertising

You may promote Thrii and The Social Selling Cohort through Meta, LinkedIn®, and other social advertising platforms, provided your advertising is accurate and does not misrepresent your relationship with Thrii.

You may not purchase search advertisements through Google, Bing, or other search engines targeting:

  • Thrii
  • The Thrii Cohort
  • Thrii domain names
  • Thrii trademarks or branded terms
  • Misspellings or variations of Thrii's branded terms

Affiliates may not impersonate Thrii or create advertisements, websites, or landing pages that could reasonably appear to be officially operated by Thrii.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions associated with prohibited activity.

7. Self-Referrals

You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase The Social Selling Cohort or other eligible Thrii products for yourself.

Any commission generated through a self-referral will be removed.

8. Ethical Promotion

Affiliates must represent Thrii honestly and accurately.

You may not use spam, misleading advertising, false testimonials, fake discounts, deceptive claims, cookie stuffing, unauthorized coupon distribution, or other fraudulent or manipulative practices to generate commissions.

Affiliates may not guarantee specific revenue, sales, pipeline, or business results from participating in The Social Selling Cohort.

9. Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship with Thrii.

Affiliates are independent participants and may not represent themselves as employees, representatives, or authorized agents of Thrii.

10. Program Changes & Termination

Thrii reserves the right to review affiliate activity, reject transactions that appear fraudulent or ineligible, modify the affiliate program or these terms, and suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of this agreement.

Any material changes will apply prospectively unless necessary to address fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or misuse of the program.
